Shipping policy

Dispatch
Online orders received through the Seconds and Sales website are dispatched from our office in Sheffield, UK. Orders received before 1 p.m. are dispatched the same day, orders received after 1 p.m. are usually dispatched the following business day. We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. If we are temporarily out of stock of a title we will advise by email. 

COVID-19 Update: March 2021
Please note that due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, while we are dispatching orders as normal and most deliveries are arriving in standard time, a small number of our deliveries are taking longer to arrive – both in the UK and overseas. Please allow up to two weeks for UK delivery, rather than the usual two to three working days. If you have any questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery in the UK
UK orders up to 2.5 kilograms are sent Royal Mail Second Class and should arrive within two to three working days. Larger items and higher value items, such as Peak Rock, are sent with a courier and will require a signature upon delivery.

Overseas Delivery
Smaller overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail. Larger orders are sent by courier. Deliveries can take between a few days and a couple of weeks to arrive, depending on the delivery location. Please note we can no longer ship to South Africa and Russia due to persistent delivery problems.
